Get Ready for the 2023 Reunion!

The reunion will be Friday 30 June 2023 through the weekend (Sunday 2 July).
There is an option to arrive early. and stay through July 4th (Tuesday) or later.

1. Review Your Registration

Look at the List as of June 6 and make sure that you are signed up properly!   Be sure and check the columns for names of attendees, rooms, meals, staying extra time, etc. To make changes, please reach out to John Adams ( jra@adamsj.com , 404-786-0113 ).

2. Our Lodging Guru, Tommy Adams

Our cousin Thomas "Tommy" Adams ( tagators@aol.com , 386-569-3407 ) is handling the hotel room reservations and assignments.   This is a tough job -- thank you! Reach out to him as needed.

Rooms at the hotel are paid for Friday and Saturday nights. Extra nights are $91/night, paid directly to the hotel.   Let Tommy know, and you can pay the hotel when you get to Beersheba.

3. Tee-Shirts

Place your order for a fine-looking tee-shirt!   Update: check out the new design.   Priced at $10 each; pay in advance per below. You must pre-order in order to be sure of getting a tee-shirt -- there will be a very limited number available for those who do not pre-order. Be sure to pre-order! 4. Payments -- Reunion Fee & Tee-Shirts

Straight from our Treasurer, Ben Adams:

We very much look forward to seeing you at the upcoming 100th Anniversary Reunion!   Gran Susie’s vision of maintaining the White House and the associated properties as a place for her family to meet and get to spend time together has continued to be realized.   Adams Cousins, Inc. is very fortunate to have a strong financial foundation and your Board has allocated over $30,000 to cover expenses for the reunion weekend.   In order to defray a portion of the spending, we are asking for a voluntary $30 contribution per person, up to a maximum $100 per family.   Our goal is to preserve our amazing legacy.   However, we do not want this to prevent anyone from attending if this is a financial burden.   We appreciate any donation amount.

5. Spread the Word

6. What to Expect & Schedule

Things to bring:

• folding chairs
• guitar or whatever
• memorabilia to show & tell with others

The schedule:

• Friday evening -- Open House at the White House! Dinner, drinks, good times, sing around the bonfire.
• Saturday AM -- Dash to the Door -- the annual fund-raiser for the Beersheba Clinic
• Saturday AM -- optional breakfast at "hotel" dining room (8 am to 8:30 am)
• Saturday day -- pick up your boxed picnic lunch at White House; wander as you wish
• Saturday evening -- BBQ dinner and Party at the Big Red Barn -- bring your guitar and your voice!
• Group Photo at the Big Red Barn at approx 6 PM Saturday -- be there!
• Sunday AM -- light breakfast at White House
• Sunday lunch for all -- "hotel" dining room (12 noon to 1 pm)
